We would have no hesitation in recommending C&G. We have worked with Callum and Graham on a couple of projects now. In 2022 they totally transformed what was our function room/restaurant area into 5 bedrooms and a new restaurant.

They were involved in the project from the start, from tendering, pre refurbishment site meetings, update meetings etc etc. This was a major project for us – totally gutting the areas back to the bare walls. Then, putting the new spaces in and fitting everything out – working to the designers spec in the restaurant and ours for the bedrooms. The work was first class, as with any “strip” outs you find hidden gremlins – these were immediately flagged up and solutions provided so that the project could continue without delay.

The team that worked – were professional throughout, tidy and the standard of finish was brilliant. Callum personally managed everything and was present daily. He ensured that we kept to time and budget and he managed any challenges we faced calmly and serenely. It was a pleasure working with him as doing this amount of work creates a huge amount of issues for a hotel this is still operating and at 100% occupancy with customers who are still coming to stay during a refurbishment. Since completion the feedback from our guests has been amazing and that is down the finish and we are absolutely delighted.

We were so “delighted” that we brought C&G back in January 2024 to carry out another project – totally gutting, rewiring and refurbishing of 3 of our superior bedrooms & bathrooms. Once again Callum project managed everything and the end result was excellent. We are already in talks with C&G about doing it all again for the next 3 bedrooms.
