C&G have done a fantastic job with our extension.
Callum gave us great advice about what was possible and helped us form the design brief for Blueprint to complete the drawings.
All of the C&G team were so friendly, thoughtful and cooperative. I think they exceeded our budget for chocolate biscuits, but the investment was worthwhile.
A big advantage of having a large team locally was that help was always close by, so there weren’t many breaks in the construction programme and they finished in the timescale estimated.
Graeme regularly checked in and updated us on progress and agreed any extras.
The quality of finish has been excellent, the price has been competitive and Callum gave us good guidance through the planning process.
An opportunity for improvement would have been to plan time to talk through all the materials that needed ordered well in advance eg choice of doors, radiators, sanitary ware.
We’ve really enjoyed the time with C&G and love our new space.
